5. NABILIO Call Accounting System

Egypto-Soft Call Accounting system is a comprehensive, cost effective tool for managing telephone calls. It accurately captures, logs, costs, prices, and reports telephone usage. 

Suitable for small to large organizations, the system works with any PABX or Key system in the market place nowadays. It needs a minimal hardware (PC and printer) configuration. 

It has been customized and used in different businesses and industries including Hotels, Resorts, Hospitals, Nile Cruises, Business Centers, Shopping Malls, Travel Agents, Consulting firms, and Manufacturing plants ...

 The following describes the basic functions and Features of the system:

  •  Captures all calls tickets (outgoing, incoming, or both) coming from the PABX along with their details (Extension number, dialed number, dialed destination, duration, date and time, trunk numbers, ...) 

  • Costs and prices all call tickets based on their details and the organization's policies

  • Logs all captured data onto a data base for further processing and reporting

  •   Optionally prints customized telephone call vouchers for call tickets based on user-defined selected criteria (extension type, call type, ...)

  • User-defined prices, calculation methods (mark-up margins, minimum duration, duration increments and rounding, sales tax ... ). All these attributes could be maintained and edited on line by authorized users for immediate effects.

  • Ad-hoc printing of collective invoices for time periods, i.e.; upon check-out of Guest / Patient.

  • Optional interfaces to other operational systems such as hotel PMS, Hospital management systems, Accounting system

  • Customized screen display showing program process, the details of the most recent 10 calls, and useful statistics and totals 

  • Comprehensive reporting functions (per extension number, trunk, extension type, call type, daily, from-to period, ...)

  • User defined monitoring capability (10-longest calls, most-frequently dialed numbers, ... )

  • Ability to communicate with PBX for saving calls during end of day closeout.
